Mary Saloniklis

Mary has been practising rehabilitation since 1989. She has been elected to work on committees in relation to best practices for service delivery for Department of Defence, Non English Speaking Background (NESB) workers, Early Intervention, and Section 38 assessments. Mary has worked for both the government and private agencies and has undertaken claims management training.

Mary has assisted Insurance Agents with managing their claims as a Rehabilitation Advisor and providing a consultancy service. Mary has knowledge of various industries and she has worked with severely disabled clients with integrating them into the workforce and community via vocational planning and job placement.

Mary has assisted Exempt, State and Commonwealth Government employers with their injured workers and is accredited under the Safety & Rehabilitation Act (ComCare). Mary has successfully negotiated return to work programs working alongside Unions, legal providers and establishing alliances with Job Network Providers.
